Join a leading London-based agency, recently named one of the UK’s top digital marketing agencies by Clutch.co and winners of the Lloyds Bank 2021 Small Business Award!

About Us:

Boasting an impressive client base that includes some of the most exciting e-learning and fintech start-ups in the market, we are pushing the boundaries with our work on the most ambitious and challenging digital marketing briefs.

We’re a growing, international team that can offer marketing services in 5 languages and has experience running campaigns in 6 of the 7 continents. We’ll get that last one nailed down soon, who knows, maybe you’ll be the one who gets us there!

To support our growth plans, we are seeking people who can bring new skills, ideas and ways of thinking into the business. We have also recently become a HubSpot partner, and are taking this partnership very seriously.

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Intern who is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player with strong copywriting skills.

Role Description:

The Digital Marketing Intern will work with other members of the team to create content (social, email, blogs), build, manage, optimise and evolve our clients’ Social Media accounts (organic). Driving quality conversions (which can include a number of things) for our clients through Social Media organic and email campaigns is at the heart of this role. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to posting regular content, creating email marketing campaigns, writing blog pieces, auditing social media campaigns from competitors, providing campaign analysis and suggesting campaign optimisations.

Core Skills:
  • Highly motivated and passionate about marketing.
  • Exceptional writing skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Content Development: A knack for writing catchy, attention-grabbing content across social media channels. Your content drafting skills should extend to writing engaging email/cold outreach messages as we will occasionally need your assistance with these.
  • Solid knowledge of social media management best practices.
  • Attention to detail: Must be detail-oriented with strong follow-through on assigned tasks.
  • Desire to learn: The digital marketing landscape is always changing – our team stays up-to-date on the latest trends and updates so we can deliver the best for our clients.‍
  • Task Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise a large volume of client accounts, effectively managing resources to triage their needs for optimal client satisfaction. You will need to make decisions on which tasks and accounts take priority in certain situations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A university degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism or a similar field (completed or in progress).
  • Language skills: English native or bilingual ability (you can work without support from a copywriter).
