We are looking for a talented Digital Strategist with a strong working knowledge of Paid Search, Content Marketing and Social Media. Someone who is capable of bringing together all the parts to form an end-to-end campaign, using the right tools.

This is a key role within a small, highly diverse and multi-national team, and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take the next step towards a more strategic and holistic role. You will have the opportunity to directly influence the overall business direction, strategy and success of the agency and its clients.You will also work very closely with the agency management team, and receive mentoring and coaching support to help you excel.

You may ask why the full title is Digital Marketing Strategist & Account Manager.  This is because as an agile agency we’re all involved in client management as well as in the productive work on the accounts. Sure, we work with many area specialists, however getting involved with the implementation and performing quality control on a day to day basis is an integral part of this job.

About You:

The role would suit somebody interested in B2B digital marketing who works well both on their own but also within a small team, someone who is highly organised, has great attention to detail and will enjoy working with multiple innovative tech companies at a time. 

In previous roles, you may have been a digital marketing apprentice,  an account executive or a digital marketing executive in an agency environment.  and you know from experience how lead generation, content & PPC comes together to achieve results. You have gained some of your experience in a B2B marketing environment.

Requirements: marketing agency experience is highly desirable.

Other key capabilities: Candidates should have several of the following, and be willing to develop any of those skills currently missing from their CV:

  • A Bachelor Degree in marketing/ journalism/PR/similar field,  or a completed digital marketing apprenticeship
  • Language skills: English native or bilingual ability (you can work without support from a copywriter)
  • Have 1-2 yrs+ in a similar role with some exposure to clients/stakeholders within the business. A client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal & communication skills is very important.
  • HubSpot experience or certifications will be advantageous (inbound marketing certification OR hands-on experience using the Hubspot Marketing Hub). 
  • Excellent organisational skills – able to plan workload and prioritise own tasks 
  • Good working knowledge of marketing possibilities available through the key social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as Google PPC
  • Experience with implementing content marketing strategies and content distribution strategies
  • Experience project managing the creation of long-form content creation (working with copywriters and designers)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Copywriting skills: the ability to write marketing copy for various channels/formats, like social media, LinkedIn messaging and email
  • Generate organic traffic and engagement
  • Grow our clients’ social media audiences
  • Generalist knowledge and some experience in using such digital marketing channels/tools as email marketing and SEO.
  • Client Communication: This is a client-facing role. You will be expected to articulate the strategy to the client, answer questions, manage some client communications and reporting.
  • Work across multiple campaigns and channels to increase brand awareness, reach, create engagement or drive sales for our clients
  • Reporting: Create weekly to monthly reports for clients, and delivering data on specific metrics and KPIs
  • Design simple visuals in Canva/AI and brief designers to create design templates, complex graphic elements, etc.
  • Assist with a variety of client and new business development tasks: creating presentations, branding materials, attending events, etc.
